Thanks to all the volunteers! A very successful day despite weather that almost kept us on the ground. We had 11 pilots, and the same number of ground volunteers. There were 63 kids registered, and 45 of them showed up and flew. Over 100 people who have never been to Lincoln were exposed to the airport.

We had to turn away 20 sign ups in the last couple of days. So, we can get 40-75 kids signed up each event with 30-50 shows. From now on, the pancake breakfast will be on the 3rd Saturday of each month, and the next Young Eagles event will most likely be in February, due to the winter weather.
