We need ideas! …and we need volunteers to make it work.

Preparation:

- Refreshments / Food – Ron Wright & Jack White
- Outhouses – Richard will contact Tony and Jennifer from the airport
- Insurance / City of Lincoln – Tim Devine
- Vintage Auto Club – Bruce Estes
- Video Production – John Perry with Brandon Compton (http://baproductions.tv) (Thanks, John Perry)
- Ground crew each day – Jim Hughes + 6 volunteers (4 per shift, 2 shifts per day)
- Photography – Dug Smith
- Public Safety / Parking /Trash – Jim Hughes will coordinate with the Civil Air Patrol
- Marshalling Crew & Ground “Boss” – Tony Kasabasich
Execution:
*We still need volunteers to help with the ground crew. This will be fun stuff…helping to get the plane loaded and unloaded safely and quickly.
