Things have evolved rapidly. We have 47 kids signed up! We have stopped registration. We’ll need more pilots and planes. With good weather expected, we’re expecting everybody to show up.
Currently have 9 pilots, with all three flight school planes rented.
We need more volunteers.

- Registration in NCFC office
- Printing of Completion Certificates on our computer
- Making Pancakes/Juice/Sausage/Eggs, etc
- Making Coffee for Volunteers/Parents
- Serving
- Ground Marshall
- Ramp Marshall
- Casual Ground Instruction Class (Christopher)
We need another 5 people above this to ensure a smooth, safe event. Yes, there is a chance you may be standing around a little bit, but what better place to do it than around planes, other pilots, and kids wanting to learn about aviation!
Schedule:
07:15 – 08:00 Arrival and setup (tables, chairs, pancakes, stage planes)
08:00 – 08:30 Start signups in NorCal Flight Center office
08:00 – 08:30 Gather kids by gazebo, pair with pilots and start flying
08:30 – 09:00 Ground school for waiting Young Eagles
09:00 – Start serving breakfast
10:00 – Supervised ramp visits
