IMC/VMC club takes off again on Thursday August 7th at 7 pm PDT

After a run of 63 meetings (5 years and 3 months’ worth in a row) we took a bit of a breather this Spring but are now approaching the departure runway for more “What Would You Do?” pilot education video scenarios.

Our August online meeting will feature two flights that encountered unexpected challenges. The IMC scenario involves an IMC flight into deteriorating weather with increasing turbulence over mountainous terrain in Wyoming.  The VMC scenario involves a sudden problem trying to see while departing for a flight around your home airport’s traffic pattern.  We look forward to a lively discussion!
