Our next chapter event will be our Second Saturday gathering on July 12. Come out to our EAA hangar, for muffins, juice, and coffee between 8 am and 10 am.
We’ll have a social time until around 9:15, then chapter member Bruce Estes will do a “show and tell” with his new airplane.. Some time ago, Bruce purchased a Legend Cub
to replace the RV-6 he sold. Getting that Legend Cub actually into his hangar proved to be a torturous long and winding road. However, that yellow Cub is now safe and sound in his hangar and Bruce will tell the tale of the ups and downs of the many months it has taken to get it there. As a bonus treat, Bruce will taxi his airplane over so that all can take a closer look.
